Please watch this short video in which Dawn Brown Eyes explains the urgent need to understand and complete the Charging Buffalo House:

Every donation of $25 or more will be matched, will receive a postcard depicting the union of the Buffalo to the People, and will be entered in the drawing for the Globe Dream Catcher by Wade Standing Bear!

Matching Funds from Lucas Brown Eyes

Lucas Brown Eyes

Lucas Brown Eyes is matching funds for each $25 (or more) donation up to a max. Right now the max is $3000 (this may be more by December).

So for each $25 you donate Lucas Brown Eyes will donate another $25 up to max (TBD):

If all the donations add up to:
$2000 he will donate $2000 for $4000 total.
$3000 he will donate $3000 for $6000 total.
$4000 he will donate $3000 for $7000 total.

Lucas has just sold his comedy series Reservations to Fox, which is the first Native American show of its type ever to be broadcast. True to his Lakota roots, he is generously offering this matching donation because, as can be seen in Dawn's moving video explaining the relationship of the Oglala Lakota to the buffalo, he is dedicated to helping his people achieve an important way to preserve their traditional culture.

Post Card from Lance Brown Eyes

Lance Brown Eyes Postcards

All $25 donors get the postcard(s) by Lakota artist, Lance Brown Eyes, depicting the union of the Buffalo to the People. To receive a postcard, please give your mailing address in the "add note to seller" box when you donate. Lucas' brother Lance is a digital graphics artist and Native American activist who is creating a beautiful post card that again highlights the connection of the People and the Buffalo. This celebration of Lakota culture may be yours while taking satisfaction in knowing the Charging Buffalo House will finally become a fully operating facility.

Globe Dream Catcher by Wade Standing Bear

Globe Dreamcatcher

All $25 donors are also entered in the dream catcher drawing for the globe dream catcher by Wade Standing Bear. The dream catcher winner gets both- the dream catcher and the postcard!

Wade is currently serving a sentence in the South Dakota Penitentiary of an arguably absurd length relative to the offense. Despite this injustice, he has remained positive and devotes his time to producing works of art from any media he can find such as parts of soda cans and scraps of leather. This beautiful dream catcher, as discussed by Dawn in the video above, is an amazing creation produced under the most difficult of situations.
